Advantages of the Synseal System
The Synseal Global conservatory contains a number of advantages over competitor offerings. Synseal extrudes all Global PVCu parts as well as injection moulded products using the latest technology. This ensures quality and colour consistency in every installation.
Sight-lines are co-ordinated to ensure that the final product is aesthetically pleasing while designed from the ground up to fit together quickly and with ease.
The Global system was designed with innovation in mind.
Every modification to the design needed to make life easier for
customers while ensuring the final result pleased the end
user. Global can be fitted to any window profile and
shares many of the Shield system benefits ensuring what ever the
application Global systems can be used seamlessly. Global
has been engineered to allow installation from the inside.
Only one bolt at each end of the glazing bar is used with no
drilling.
An M8 fixing bolt in the central groove ensures rafters hook
directly into position. This ensures security for the end
user and a quick, cost-effective installation for the
fabricator, installer and client. Even the new super heavy
glazing section removes the need for steel reducing cost and
increasing profitability on every job. These panels have
been tested to 310kg placed directly onto the roof panel, the
equivalent of over half a metre of snow on a glass panel of
780mm x 1800mm.
The Global innovations don’t stop there, the new 3 piece
glass kit is like having an extra pair of hands, the wedge teeth
holding the glass panels securely. The Synseal patented
concealed gaskets mean inside or outside a Global Conservatory
is bright white from all angles. Even the box gutter
fixing plate requires no drilling for easy fixing and perfect
finishes every time.

Global 600
Global 600 is the versatile low-pitch roof designed to perfectly match UK housing stock requirements. Achieve a pitch as low as 2.5 degrees with 35mm polycarbonate sheeting. Global600 is ideal for best practise installing, allowing you align glazing bars and mullions with its unique 600mm centres.

Advantages of a Global600 Roof System
- Global600 benefits from Synseal engineering meaning that the installation is quick and easy via internal fixing. There will be no need to fit small nuts and bolts through drainage channels or clamber on top of half built roofs.
- Global600 is purpose built to maximise safety whilst minimising installation time and costs. The new starter bar guarantees not only a consistent finish but also perfect sight lines from any angle.
- By moving the glazing centre of the starter bar, the conservatory can be glazed with complete 600mm panels without site trimming for a better looking finished product. Even the wall plate, an after thought in many other designs, has been custom designed by Synseal to fasten along the guideline and through a channel on the side of the wall plate.
- This ensures a quick and secure fit, but importantly means locating the end caps is an easy process. Synseal is second to none on quality and design even the Global600 cappings are woodgrain foiled onto an aluminum base to prevent heat warp in a hot summer.
