Litespace is a unique structure with fully glazed windows, a glazed roof and no unsightly guttering. Suitable for traditional or contemporary homes, it can be fitted in place of patio doors and provides an alternative to a conservatory for homeowners who are short on space and/or budget.
The roof can be glazed with either glass or polycarbonate, as can the frames, which are available in a choice of three colours to complement existing windows & doors. Litespace is delivered to you as a complete unit.
Complying with Building Requirements
Ultraframe is proud of the fact that Litespace is LANTAC (Local Authority National Type Approval Confederation) approved which means that Litespace automatically conforms to building regulations. The Local Authority simply assesses matters relating to ground conditions, fire performance, radon gas and cavity trays.
Conservaglass Optimum glazing option
Unique to Ultraframe, Conservaglass Optimum prevents overheating in summer by excluding more than two-thirds of heat bearing solar energy. It also retains more warmth in winter; allowing for a comfortable interior Litespace environment whatever the season.
Supplied with Ultraframe Conservaflash - a unique preformed flashing trim for a professional finish to complement your home.
Options
French doors: these can be positioned to the left or right hand side - the choice is yours.
Available in White, Rosewood or Light Oak frames to complement your existing windows & doors.
The preformed base allows for fast & easy fitting so you can enjoy your Litespace in a matter of days.
The optional insulation slab provides extra comfort underfoot.
Dimensions
2200mm wide by 1100mm projection. Fits around an existing opening of up to 1800mm wide by 2100mm height.

• A. Supplied as standard with Conservaflash™, Ultraframe's unique preformed flashings (cavity trays are not supplied and may be required in certain circumstances)
• B. Ultraframe roof at 15° pitch comprising aluminium structural 'cell' with pvc cappings and claddings. Unique gutterless 'pagoda' style roof.
• C. French doors can be positioned left or right.
• D. Galvanised steel reinforced one piece welded cill.
• E. Preformed 'tank' base acts as permanent formwork for perfect foundation results. Alternatively a traditionally constructed foundation can be installed.
• F. Insulation for floor slab supplied with base.
• G. Available in these finishes: white, rosewood and oak. Nb. Colour is to outside and inside.
• H. Conservaglass™ Optimum sealed units standard in side frames.
• I. Sideframes manufactured from 60mm internally glazed PVC profile.
